BODYSIM: Overtraining Syndrome

Once you’ve gotten results from your blood test, you can complete the POMS questionnaire in the BODYSIM tab. In order to access the questionnaire, you can click into the Overtraining Syndrome card.

You will be prompted with a series of questions on how you’ve felt overall throughout the past week (answer truthfully!), not just with regards to training. Your question responses will be combined with your biomarkers, calories, and exercise expenditure to give you an Overtraining likelihood score. 

This user’s overtraining score is likely due to a combination of the biomarker results and their POMS subscale values:
