Your “anthropometrics” are very important to get sub-inch accuracy for. Use a piece of yarn and ruler to measure and enter your Waist, Wrist and Ankle Circumference.
Your other answers will help determine a pre-model TDEE and body fat percentage that will power the pre-model goal setter and macro recommender.
In goal setup, the rate of change sliders are your preference. More aggressive goals will yield more “painful” macro targets. In macro setup, you’ll be asked for preferences. Think of these as the guidance of how to allocate any extra calories that are remaining after your minimum protein, carbohydrate and fat targets are met. These do NOT affect outcomes. If your goals are extreme, carbs vs fat may not have anything left over to matter.
